A way forward, together

“We surround families
with solutions.”

When a parent or loved one moves into senior living, the family may be working through care questions, costs, the house, and a lifetime of belongings—all at once.

My role is to serve as your housing and care guide. The conversation can begin with free senior-living placement guidance, then expand to the home, belongings, and move. We start with the older adult’s preferences and the family’s priorities.

Real estate is one part of that picture. Care needs, family responsibilities, timing, and finances rarely fit into a single transaction. My job is to help connect the decisions and the right professionals around them.

Placement guidance is free to families because participating care providers pay a placement referral fee. When selling the home is part of the plan, I provide real estate services through eXp Realty LLC and PortlandRealEstate.Guide under a separate agreement.

What guides the work

Thoughtful support.
Practical next steps.

The person comes first.

The older adult’s wishes, routines, and dignity belong at the center of the conversation.

The plan fits the family.

Timing, location, available support, and the home all matter. The sequence should reflect those realities.

The right people help.

Care, legal, financial, real estate, and moving decisions each deserve the appropriate professional.

You don’t need all the answers to take the first step.

Tell Kevin where your family is today. Together, we can identify what needs attention first.
